Coursefisher is about trying out different kinds of adult learning , all kinds of courses whether funded by the taxpayer or the private sector, learning things on the web and seeing what you get for your investment of fees and time.
It was inspired by a wish to find out the truth about some of the propositions in the government’s consultation on informal adult learning.
It recounts a personal journey involving personal choices and personal experiences, with a few reflections on the services offered and what was learned.
Coursefisher is a real person doing real courses in the period between now and Christmas 2008.

There’s this campaign – called Sign Up Now – getting people to enrol on courses. Coursefisher’s experiences should be useful to the organisers…
